EQW 2026 – Thank You for This Edition and See You at the Next One!
The 13th edition of the Education Quality Week has succesfully concluded! It was five enriching days filled with engaging meetings that, like every year, had one mission: to inspire and share practical knowledge. We are proud to have witnessed such dedication and active involvement from the JU Academic Community. We are thankful to everyone who contributed their expertise to this year’s EQW programme, making it an unforgettable experience.
We believe that an open discussion on the practical aspects of internationalisation, particularily within the context of didactic processes, among individuals studying and working at the JU (whether in research, teaching, or administration) has been necessary and crucial for the future of academic education at the Jagiellonian University.
On behalf of the EQW 2026 Organisers, i.e. the Development and Education Quality Office at the JU Centre for Academic Support, we would like to express our gratitude to the entire JU Academic Community and invited Guests for their involvement in the Education Quality Week and co-creating its diverse programme.
We would also like to extend our appreciation to all Event Hosts, Event Supervisors, and, last but not least, all Participants of the EQW 2026! Thank you for your active engagement in discussions, your willingness to share your experience, reflections, expertise, and creative ideas.
We hope that this edition of the Education Quality Week has reached each and every member of our University. And if you wish to be a part of our ongoing initiative, let’s meet at the EQW 2027!
The theme of this edition is Open to Quality. Internationalisation of Academic Education in Practice. We invite all members of the academic community – those studying as well as working at the Jagiellonian University – to register for the Education Quality Week 2026 events.
Programme and registration are available in English on rejestracja.tjk.uj.edu.pl/en:
Participation in most Education Quality Week events requires creating a User account, accepting the EQW Regulations, and registering for the selected event. Below is a brief overview of key organisational information:
To create an account and register for events, please use the form available at rejestracja.tjk.uj.edu.pl.
All Jagiellonian University members of the academic community are asked to use the "Continue with your JU account" option and log in with their @uj.edu.pl address through the central Login Point, known from other university websites.
When creating an account, you can indicate that you have special accessibility requirements. If you check this box, we will contact you closer to the EQW event to provide organisational information about the accessibility (e.g., architectural) of your selected events and possible reasonable accommodations for participation.
When creating an account, you can also indicate that you are a minor. In this case, we will contact you closer to the EQW event to provide information about the Standards for the Protection of Minors applied at the Jagiellonian University.
The personal data provided during registration is required to generate certificates of participation in your selected events. They will be processed and stored only for the period specified in the EQW Regulations, and then deleted.
Some data can be edited in the "My Account" tab after creating an account.
After creating an account and logging in to the registration system, simply find the desired event in the Event List tab and click the "Register for an event" button.
Registration closes on March 11, 2026.
Registering for each event requires a separate click.
Note: Events conducted in a hybrid format have a double registration: one for in-person participants and another for online participants. The event format is additionally marked with a blue box with the appropriate information.
If all seats for the selected event are already filled, but the participant list has not yet been submitted to the Event Hosts by the EQW Organizers, the system will provide the option to sign up for the waiting list. After clicking the "Sign up for the waiting list" button, you will receive a confirmation message, noting that this information applies to the waiting list.
If enough seats become available, you will receive an automatic email notification confirming your transfer to the waiting list.
If the "Register" or "Join the waiting list" button doesn't appear next to the selected event, it means registration is already closed.
All events for which you successfully registered—or joined the waiting list—are visible in the "My Registrations" tab.
If you’re unable to attend selected events, please remember to unregister – this helps us open up space for others who want to join. Thank you!
To unregister, go to the "My Registrations" tab in the registration system (you can also use the link sent in your registration confirmation email), select the event, and then click "Resign."
The unregister field is available until the registration period ends.
Registration is not required for some EQW 2026 events – you can participate by simply joining the meeting via a publicly available link or by visiting the provided address.
Links to open online events and the addresses of in-person events will be available in the "Events without registration" tab.
Note: Only those registered for a given event will be able to download certificates of participation after attending.
After the Education Quality Week concludes, registered attendees will be able to download their certificates of participation from the registration system under the ‘My Registration’ tab.
They will remain available in the system until December 20, 2026.
